Coke Blak revisited
A little while ago, I saw a billboard advertising Coca-Cola's newest product, Coke Blak. My post on the subject can be found here.
Tonight, I passed by the same billboard. It's no longer advertising Coke Blak. Instead, it is advertising some contest Coke is sponsoring that involves letters on the insides of the bottle caps of regular old Coke.
Sign (pardon the pun) from the Gods? I'm inclined to think so. Remember the Kona!

Full disclosure: While I like the coffee flavor in things (cookies, ice cream, candies), I generally avoid coffee as the drink itself never seems to taste as good. I like the smell of coffee, but drinking it is a disappointment.
I have, since your original post, tried Coke Blak. I find it to be rather flat (rather like the cheap cola you'd get at a county fair), with some noticeable coffee flavor. I don't find it outright bad, but it's certainly not great. The problem with it is the coffee aftertaste which lingers. With something (even a coffee flavored chocolate) to take care of the aftertaste, it's something I could see having occasionally.
