It's back to the mechanic's garage for my Subaru. I discovered while attempting to use the windshield washers tonight that my windshield wipers have stopped working. Nothing happens with I hit the wiper lever or toggle any of the controls on it.
"There's probably a problem in your electrical system," said my husband. There probably is. Which means the repair is unlikely to be something as simple as replacing a $2.69 part. Since I just spent $900 replacing a very expensive component of my power steering system, this is not cheerful news.
On a different front, I have just put my cat on a high-fiber weight loss diet after a discussion with our veterinarian. Fortunately, she likes the new food just fine.
