It is a great dish, and I enjoy pork when it's done properly. What I would have appreciated was a bit of warning that I was ordering a meal for three when I ordered it. The remains of last's night pork fed me tonight, gave my husband a nice addition to his leftover chicken with stringbeans, and there's still enough left for a lunch or light dinner tomorrow!
