Nålbinding update

The hat is done! I finished it on Thursday.

After making all the mistakes I could possibly make in the stitches, I decreased the width too much, and very nearly made it too small to fit on my head! Fortunately, I was able to take out a few stitches as I was working in the final threads. It's still snug, butnow I can pull it on with a bit of effort. It even covers my ears.

And if it looks just a bit lumpy, well, it was my first real project.

Now, on to socks! Or maybe another hat first. :-)

Eventually. I only have a free account, so I can't post pictures in my LJ as such (other than icons), and I don't have a website. But I'll come up with something.
