...you learn that someone you know has had to read a book you wrote as part of a college course.

That happened to [livejournal.com profile] esrblog tonight at MMA class. One of his class partners had to read part of The Cathedral and the Bazaar in a college computer course.

I guess I'm surprised this hasn't happened to him sooner. :-)

The Honors Engineering Seminar reads it here. I giggle whenever I see it on the Bookshelf. (A place where the Honors College keeps books for students to take.)
