I learned from my husband tonight that there is a food blog, other than my own, called "Table Scraps." Worse still, it has many more readers than mine does. :-(

Some of you may recall that my food blog was originally called "Food Through Time." I never liked that name, but it was the first one that occurred to me, and instead of waiting until I thought of something better I wanted to proceed with my initial entry before the impulse to create went away. "Table Scraps", when it occurred to me, appealed because of the analogy to "Loose Threads," my costume blog.

But apparently someone else is using it, which makes it suboptimal for actually attracting readers to my blog.

So I am asking you, my friends--especially those of you who have read "Food Through Time"/"Table Scraps"; what would be a good name for my blog?

I've just thought of a possibility. How about "Food For Thought"? (I usually write more often about analyzing people's food cultures than about making actual food, anyway; the second most commonly used tag on the blog is "book", usually signifying a book review.
