Stuck in Phoenix--the Resolution

We ended up being in Phoenix, either in the terminal or on the runway, for about four hours before the mechanics were satisfied and we were able to leave for LAX. By the time we got to the hotel, it was 11:00 PM local time--nearly 2:00 AM for us. Now, however, after about 12 hours of sleep, we are finally ready to face the con.
