I haven't tried the black cherry version, since I detest black cherry flavor anyway. I did try the peach citrus, and I agree with you. It had an odd, plasticky undertaste that was not appealing. "Vat grown", as I believe Eric would characterize it.

I don't like artificial black cherry flavor either but John tends to like it so I tasted his. :P I like Eric's term of "Vat grown" and think it fits both of the flavors very well.

I'm not surprised; but then, I think *all* artificial black cherry flavors taste vat-grown. :-)
