It sure is. I thought about adding a running total of how much money we spent fixing things around the house so far in 2005, but scrapped the idea because it was too depressing.
By the way, I forgot to include another recent re-breakage--the ceiling light in Eric's office. The bulb blew, and once again replacement bulbs don't fix the problem.
So I dug up an old floor lamp from the basement, got it fixed, and put it in his office while we wait to haul the electrician back here again. :-(
