Santa Fe on hold
Because they've rescheduled the deposition that I need to go to Santa Fe to cover, my trip to Santa Fe is on hold, and I don't have to fly there tomorrow. I'm grateful for the reprieve, because I'm so tired.
The new date: October 31. Yes, I'm going to be in Santa Fe for Halloween. That means I'll be flying out on Sunday the 30th, missing our municipal Halloween parade in the process. Darn.
Tomorrow: Another trip to New York City! Yes, that's the third in three days. :-)

Mapquest says otherwise; it gives me a driving distance estimate of about 4 hours from El Paso to Santa Fe, compared with 1 hour from Albuquerque. Compare:

Google maps more or less agrees with this result.
I know where El Paso is, having been foolhardy enough to go there for a Westercon once; it's smack ON the US/Mexico border. Albuquerque is, on the other hand, considerably (and directly) north of El Paso, and Santa Fe is a bit north of Albuquerque.
